§         The motion was put forward and seconded to hold the next Reunion at Charleston S.C. The motion was discussed/debated. It was suggested that having the Reunion in the U.S., specifically Charleston; would allow the participation of a greater amount of former shipmates who are unable to make passage to Scotland. Also, that a U.S. based Reunion would allow the Association a better chance to grow. This motion was contested by the philosophy that Holy Loch/Dunoon should remain the common denominator for future Reunions. After a fair amount of discussion a vote was taken on the Motion to hold the next Reunion in Charleston, S.C. USA. By show of hands the ‘Yes’ carried the motion with a heavy majority. There were a small minority voting ‘No’.

§         A Motion was put forward that the Reunion should be held in Dunoon, Scotland at least every Four years (alternating with possible future US locations). The Motion was Seconded, then Carried by a show of hands in Majority.

§         A Motion was put forward that the decision future  Reunion’s be held in Scotland at least every Four Years be written into the Site-One Association Charter/Bylaws. The Motion was Seconded and carried by a majority vote.

§         A Motion was put forward that selection of the date for the  Reunion in 2003 be moved to the Association Web Page for popular vote. The motion was Seconded and carried with a majority.

§         The First Meeting of The Holy Loch/ Site-One Association was then adjourned. Thing next meeting to be set by the President of the Association and notification to be delivered by email.

§         The 2001 Reunion was then formally Ended.
